Common questions
Do I need experience?
No. Most of our reps had never done sales before. Bootcamp and shadowing teach you everything.
How do I get paid?
You're paid $1 for every door you knock plus $150 for every qualified appointment you set, every Friday by direct deposit. You don't have to close a deal to get a check.
Do I need a car?
Not to start. Your area manager drives for your first two weeks.
Do I have to climb on roofs?
No. You set the inspection appointment. Our inspector and office handle the rest.
What does training look like?
A 3-day bootcamp run by Kyle, then two weeks shadowing your area manager on real doors. Most reps are setting appointments on their own in about six weeks.
What are the hours?
It's full-time, including afternoons, evenings and Saturdays, when homeowners are home.
Can I move up?
Yes. Set 15 appointments and you're eligible to become a closer. After that, trainer and manager.
